Terms and Conditions

• Acceptance of Terms: By using the services of AYCS Delivery or booking through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Service Area: Pick-up services are strictly limited to the Miami-Dade and Broward county areas. Any pick-up request outside these zones will not be accepted.

• Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your vehicle and time slot. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

• Labor & Time Limits: Standard services (Cargo Van XL and Box Truck 16'-20') include 1 helper and up to 2 hours of labor. Additional time will incur a rate of $1 per extra minute.

• Liability & Cargo: AYCS Delivery takes utmost care of your items during transport. However, the client is responsible for properly boxing, securing, and packing fragile items. AYCS Delivery is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items improperly packed by the client.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Same-day bookings cannot be rescheduled and any adjustments are at the company's discretion.

• Aceptación de los Términos: Al utilizar los servicios de AYCS Delivery o realizar una reserva a través de nuestro sitio web, aceptas cumplir y estar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones.

• Área de Servicio: Los servicios de recogida (Pick-up) están limitados estrictamente a los condados de Miami-Dade y Broward. No se aceptarán solicitudes de recogida fuera de estas zonas.

• Depósitos y Pagos: Se requiere un depósito del 25% no reembolsable al momento de reservar para asegurar tu vehículo y horario. El saldo restante se paga al finalizar el servicio.

• Límites de Tiempo y Personal: Los servicios estándar (Cargo Van XL y Box Truck 16'-20') incluyen 1 ayudante y hasta 2 horas de labor. El tiempo adicional se cobrará a razón de $1 por cada minuto extra.

• Responsabilidad y Carga: AYCS Delivery maneja tus pertenencias con el mayor cuidado durante el transporte. Sin embargo, el cliente es responsable de empaquetar, asegurar y embalar adecuadamente los artículos frágiles. AYCS Delivery no se hace responsable por daños preexistentes o artículos mal embalados por el cliente.

• Cancelaciones y Reprogramaciones: Las cancelaciones implican la pérdida del depósito del 25%. La reprogramación solo está permitida si se solicita con al menos 24 horas de anticipación al servicio programado. Las reservas para el mismo día no se pueden reprogramar y cualquier ajuste queda a discreción de la compañía.
